Music/Choirs

YOU ARE INVITED to join any or all of the choirs listed here.  Rehearsals and performances take place from October through May. Come one, come all!  Our people are friendly, full of fun, and are saving a chair for you! 

There are many musical opportunities here at Lord of Life.  We welcome you to make your gifts known to us for our music ministry so we may all share in your gifts.  Please contact our Music Minister, Gloria Lien, at gloria@lolaz.org if you are interested in playing your instrument, singing a solo or want to participate in one of many choirs described below.

Worship Choirs

Our Worship Choirs meet for rehearsals on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at 1:30 pm.  The same music is rehearsed on both days, so come at your convenience.  People choose which service to sing at:  either 8:30 or 10:30 am on Sunday (once in a while, a choir will sing at the 5 pm Saturday service).  We meet in the Sanctuary.

Chamber Singers

Chamber Singers is an auditioned choir which rehearses on Thursdays at 10:30 am in the Chapel.  

Glory Singers*

Come and sing with the GLORY SINGERS on Monday afternoons, November through March, as they share the gospel through music for the Assisted Living Residents in Sun City West and the surrounding area!  To become part of this choir, please contact Bill Shelly through the member directory or contact the church at info@LOLaz.org.  

Handbell Bell Choir

JuBELLation is our bell choir of 10-14 members who rehearse each Tuesday at 10:30 am in the Sanctuary.  They usually play on the third Sunday each month October through April.  

Visitation Choir*

Visitation Choir (sing-a-long) meets on the first and third Thursdays at 9:40 am in the church parking lot to carpool to assisted living or other facilities each month.
